I took the concept from the original Fallout and added it into New Vegas.
Depending on your LUCK stat you will get a bunch of caps only once.
It exactly mirrors the script from the old game too and if you have
the fortune finder perk then you might get double caps!!!
This is just a way to make use of that perk later in the game.
There is also a boss fight with a new enemy type... not too OP!
