There are many maps in old school Monster Hunter that have never returned to more recent games like Monster Hunter Generations. These videos are to showcase the beautiful environments Capcom engineered that will never return. Enjoy.

This is the OLD JUNGLE, which is honestly the best forest map in the series. The forest actually feels dense. You can read more about it on the Monster Hunter Wikia. It's a shame it never returned to later games.
