If you're thinking about buying a glassboard, one of the big things you should know is that these boards are heavy and relatively fragile - because of this, they require special freight shipping and handling to prevent damage in transit. When you receive a glass dry erase board, it will be housed in a custom made wooden crate which you must disassemble on your own to remove the glassboard. In this video, we show you exactly how to safely unpack and unbox a Clarus glassboard.

Caution: Glassboards are very heavy and this process will require at least two people, although we recommend three or more people help out for extra safety especially when lifting a glass dry erase board.
