Last month I watched Requiem for the first time and sobbed. That ending was so sad and bittersweet, I just... *scream* I hate that they'll never see each other again but having it due to a solid reason like the Kryptonite at least gives them an excuse for that (I mean he could've found some blue k but Lana never would've stood for that lol). Like, I realize Lana was gonna leave the show regardless of how they wrote it, and it would've been unbelievable that they don't continue being on and off for the rest of time if it weren't for something so permanent (which at least didn't require a falling out). THAT SAID. My heart. Bruh. Ouch. Anyhow. I wanted to make something kind of overarching about their relationship arc to cope with the feelings. I had this song saved for a long time with Clana in mind, and knew it was the time to use it. I really love the result. Hope you enjoy!
