TORYSH is Clark's private studio practice made audible. Seventy-five home-recorded loops — off-grid melodies, Virus synthesiser jams, 17-EDO piano fragments — recorded through his own desk and outboard chain, carrying the intimacy and imperfection that studio polish removes.
A collection spanning musique concrète, krautrock, rave counterpoint and live percussion, the material is as unpredictable as his catalogue across Warp, Deutsche Grammophon and Throttle Records. Clark's design logic is collision: loops of mismatched lengths set against each other inside CYCLES, pulled apart, recombined, built to be disrupted.
