This clamp-on bench anvil is perfect for the jeweler or craftsperson without a workbench. Just slide in onto the edge of your table (maximum thickness of 1-7/8") and secure it with the tightening screw. You now have a work spot for much of your needs.

The clamp is steel with a smooth anvil top (4-1/4" x 3") that acts as your bench block.

The clamp includes a 2-1/8" x 7" wood V-slot bench pin that fits into the rectangular hole in the from of the clamp. You might have to loosen the clamp and let the bottom of the bench pin rest on the table top.

The bench pin hole measures 2-1/4" x 9/16" so you can also use other bench pins. If they are a little too big, they're wood, just shave 'em down a smidgen. Even bracelet mandrels with flat tangs may fit too.

There is also a round hole (15/16") for holding a standard ring mandrel.
