So apparently my channel's alive again
To answer a few questions:
1) Where did you go?
a) An automod deleted this channel like three years ago because it thought my channel was "spam." I tried appealing it back then, got nowhere, and for a while that was the end of it. At some point earlier this year, for reasons I do not understand, this channel got restored. It took me a while to decide to post something on here again. Here's hoping the restoration wasn't a mistake and I don't get yeeted into the void again!
2) Will you do my request? It's X in the style of Y, for my Undertale AU!!!
a) In all honesty I sorta started giving up on those even BEFORE this channel got nuked. And besides, I've kinda switched brainrots since then. Maybe I'll revisit Undertale sometime, but don't get your hopes up.
3) Why this song?
a) Like I said, I switched brainrots. I got SUPER into Hollow Knight around 2019, and that hyperfixation is still going strong. The overall idea for this remix was "What if the City of Tears was a Sonic Level," though it could probably fit pretty nicely elsewhere. Part of making this song was also just about playing around with FL Studio's automation clips.
The wait for the fabled SKONG is pain.
4) What's with the change in video format?
a) I figured out how to use FL Studio's in-house music video software! I even have a thing I have to copy-paste to give credit to the authors of all the effects I used (except for the screenshot of the fountain from the City of Tears). Considering how awkward a lot of my really old videos were (unmoving black-and-white pixel art character staring into your soul), I feel like this a nice upgrade. I still have more to learn about it though.
