The City of Frisco’s Municipal Volunteer Program’s top 10 volunteers and the top 10 teen volunteers for 2025 recently enjoyed an evening at a RoughRiders baseball game. Last year the hours donated by all of the volunteers set an MVP record value of more than $1.4 million.
