In this tutorial we go over a couple basic forward-to-backward transitions--the foreward outside 3 turn, and the foreward inside Lion.
***UPDATE*** I was wrong, Lions are just 3 turns. Don't let people rename figure skating moves, it just causes confusion--Drew
