In this video I was parked legally on the side of the road communicating with other drivers. Why couldn't they just leave me alone. After I received the response from the complaint I filed, I talked to Chief Bush, when I asked him what I did wrong or what law did I break he said "Let me see what I can come up with." I still haven't heard back from him. This was the Effingham County Sheriff's office in Georgia that did this.
