Welcome back to Oslo This episode is all about the city center; and doing the whole city center in one episode means focusing on recreating some familiar sights with various buildings, zoning the area with a district theme to achieve a look similar to that of Oslo in real life, and fiddling with quays to achieve a modern waterfront look.
