PA state Rep. Joe Ciresi, majority chair of the House Communications and Technology Committee, commends Gov. Josh Shapiro for signing an executive order to hold data center developers accountable and protect Pennsylvanians. Ciresi says part of that executive order includes language from his legislation to prohibit data center developers from using non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to hide what is being built in Pennsylvania communities.
