I really like the way this reharmonises pop goes the weasel when it glitches. There are so many different versions of it. It seems that when these Mattel toys reassign a melody line to a different sound when glitching it is in a different key, I think because of the range the samples or sounds have and how they are tuned. The high voltage glitch compilation of the trumpet is currently a work in progress and I’m hopefully going to extract long samples from that.
Similar to the Mattel radios, the trumpet changes tempo when moving through the tunes, not only when it moves into the demo tag section. Where as the banjo only does it when it moves into the demo tag section then returns to normal speed when it reaches Oh Susanna after being slow for the other three tunes.
