Challenge #1: The Terrible Tower
Objective:
Enter and exit the Observation Tower as quickly as possible.
Details:
Have you ever ran from the Hugh fight ALL the way back down to the Outer Wall? Yeah, me neither.
Enter the Outer Wall, run to the room just before Hugh's boss fight, break both candles and collect both hearts, then run all the way back to the Outer Wall entrance as your exit.
Timing begins on the first frame of entering the Observation Tower, timing ends on the first frame you exit into the Outer Wall.
Restrictions:
-You CANNOT enter or exit the Observation Tower from the portal room past the Devil.
-You may use Pluto+Griffin DSS.
-You do not need to fight Hugh.
-There are no restrictions on Mode.
