This model is the normal Spiderman Suit from the game The Amazing Spiderman.(Non-Rigged) For Cinema 4D and 3DS Max. (Sorry about the pose, my pc struggled to run the game and i could only rip the model in the model viewer in the game, rather than gameplay :( here is both normal version and ripped version.
