🔥 How does SMASH RULE work?
On the last day of the 2025 PMWC Grand Finals, we have the Match Point Threshold! In Overall Ranking after 12th match, #1 ranked team’s points +10. Any team that hits this must then win a later match to claim the trophy—winning the same match where they reach the threshold doesn’t bring the championship. If no team secures the title via SMASH Rule by Match 18, the team with the highest total points wins under standard rules.

1️⃣ Hit 80 Points – A team must first reach 80 total points in the standings.
2️⃣ Win a Match – Once at 80 points, the team must secure a Chicken Dinner in their next match.
Exclusive to Day 2 (a team cannot become a champion via SMASH rule during Day 1 of PMGO )
3️⃣ Be the Champions! – If no team reaches 80 points + a win after 12 maps, the team with the most points overall will be crowned champions!
This new format ensures a new level of excitement for our viewers, challenges teams to develop innovative strategies, and creates an alternative path to victory that rewards both consistency and clutch performances.
