My usual ratio is 4 medium potatoes, 1 onion, 6 eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
Traditional Spanish recipes use a lot of oil to cook the taters, but living in the US I aint pouring half the bottle of EXPENSIVE olive oil into the damn pan!
