Dear Loyal Patrons

I met Stephen on a Facebook forum called "The Promotion of Real Cider and Perry". He posted about having an under used orchard with plenty of apples to reap. I messaged him and began a thread of communication which lead to our eventual meeting on the 30th of October 2023.

I found him very well read and interesting to talk to, a true font of knowledge. I will/have created another part to this day to capture more of his Cider Sermon.

We gathered a total of 214.5kg of apples.
