CHURRO CHAFFLE / KETO/ LOW CARB BREAKFAST!!

Are Chaffles even a thing anymore? Well they are to me, always will be!!!
Hi Friends! Welcome Back!
I’ve been on a Zero Carb challenge for a couple of weeks and I wanted something low carb but sweet so I turned to my favorite chaffle, Churro Chaffle, because who doesn’t love a good churro!
Chaffle:
•2tsp coconut flour
•1/4tsp baking powder
•2 tbsp sweetener (I used @zensweetlife) •1tsp Apple pie spice (you can use pumpkin pie spice, I use it in the fall months)
•1/2tsp vanilla extract
•1 Large egg
•1/2 Cup Mozzarella
•1 tbsp melted butter
•1tsp @choczero Maple syrup
Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
•1/4 cup granulated sweetener
•1/3tsp nutmeg
•2/3tsp cinnamon (add more to your liking, I add a dash more 😜)
Combine all dry ingredients than add your wet ingredients. Use a cute little mini waffle maker.
When done set aside for a bit to cool and brush your butter on the chaffles and sprinkle with your sugar and cinnamon topping! I added whipped cream and drizzled a little more caramel syrup!
