DISCLAIMER: Soon after this video came out, Mojang changed some mechanics in the game meaning this method doesn't work anymore (the arrows don't retain the block information which was used to load the chunks). However, they released a new command which makes this a lot simpler!

Chunk Loaders that and allow minecarts to travel through unloaded chunks with this 1.13 function!
The system is really simple to use and will set up by itself when you install the function into your world.
It's also very lag friendly, comparing with other chunk loading methods. It will only load the necessary chunks and only needs a stationary arrow for each one.

Additional info:
_The system only works in the Over World. You can load one chunk in the OW and use items thrown into a portal to load the Nether.
_To move the spawn point structure, use the command "/function loader:spawnpoint" inside the spawn chunks
_The recipe for the chunk loader is as the video shows, but you can easily get it in creative by giving yourself a blaze spawn egg
_The Chunk Loaders will set barrier blocks at Y = 255 as long as they exist, and will remove them when destroyed
_The Minecarts will set bedrock at Y = 0 when converting to loaders, expecting you will use them in a normal survival world
_The blocks set by the Chunk Loaders and the Minecarts are not 100% necessary for the system to work, because of a glitchy behavior arrows currently have. I kept the blocks because this behavior may be patched at some point.

Maran made a 4x4 Flush Seamless Door somewhile ago and tried to compact it.
The final result was a 21x13x11 door, 3003 blocks in total and the smallest on youtube so far. Still Im sure it can be more compact than it, so fell free to compact it even more and let me know if you do (:

Maran fez uma 4x4 Flush Seamless Door há um tempo atrás e eu tentei compactá-la.
O resultado final foi uma porta 21x13x11, 3003 blocos no total e a menor no youtube até agora. Ainad eu tenho certeza que ela pode ser mais compacta que isso, então se sinta livre para compactá-la e, se você o fizer, me deixe saber (:

I believe this is the smallest reliable supercharged 3 high sand door yet. It drops the all the sand without bumping when you open it, so it looks very nice!

Its a very compact system (6x6x8 or 244 blocks in total) and you can use as many times as you want! The problem is that its pretty resource intensive to be built in survival and it doesnt make you go very high.
