Think you’ve got what it takes to join the legends of Central Florida’s food scene? We headed down to Briskets BBQ & Country Kitchen in Chuluota, FL, to take on the infamous Chuluota Beast Challenge.
This isn't just a meal; it's a race against the clock and your own stomach.
📜 The Challenge Rules:
The Beast: A massive, triple-decker smashburger loaded with all the fixings.
The Sides: A mountain of chili cheese fries.
The Wash-Down: One large fountain drink.
The Clock: You have exactly 10 minutes to clear the tray.
The Stakes: Break the record and the meal is FREE. Fail, and it’ll cost you $20 (and your pride).
⏱️ The Legend of the Clock
The record for this challenge is constantly being shattered. We’ve seen times drop from over 8 minutes down to a mind-blowing 2 minutes and 29 seconds set by the legend Wayneywonder. We aren't saying we're that fast... but we're giving it everything we've got!

🍕 6 LBS OF PIZZA VS. THE CLOCK! | Tomasino’s Stuffed Pizza Challenge 🏆
Are you ready to swim with the big fish, or are you headed straight to the bottom? We’re at Tomasino’s New York Pizzeria in Orlando to face their legendary Stuffed Pizza Challenge. This isn't your average slice—it’s a 12-inch monster that eats like a heavyweight meal!
🇮🇹 The "Stuffed" Specs:
This beast is basically a massive, round stromboli packed to the brim. Here is what's inside:
The Dough: Two heavy 14oz dough balls (nearly 2 lbs of crust alone!).
The Filling: A meat-lover's dream—Mozzarella, Ham, Meatballs, Bacon, Pepperoni, Salami, and Sausage.
The Weight: It’s dense, it’s cheesy, and it’s a total carb overload.
📋 The Rules of Engagement:
Time Limit: 30 Minutes to clear the entire plate.
The Reward: If you win, the pizza is FREE, you snag an exclusive Custom T-Shirt, get 10% OFF for life, and your face goes on the Wall of Fame.
The Penalty: If you fail, you pay for the pie (approx. $30-$35) and your photo goes on the Wall of Shame (swimming with the fishies! 🐟).
