We continue proceeding deeper into Manolia Cathedral where we encounter Yakra who was disguised as the Chanceller who is the one who kidnapped Queen Leene and he wishes to destroy her however, we intervene which causes a boss battle to start.
We find that the real Chanceller was trapped inside a chest so, we free him from there before heading back to Guardia Castle where Marle exists again and they plan to change the legal system to one where such things never happen again.
We learn that these temporal distortions from before are called Gates which we can use with the Gate Key to travel through time and so, we head back to the present where we have a rather unfriendly greeting over at Guardia Castle due to Yakra.. I mean.. The Chanceller spouting a load of false accusations which land us in prison.
