Christopher DeMuth, "The Bucks Start Here," on the growth of executive government as connected to the growth of national debt. Christopher DeMuth is a Distinguished Fellow at the Hudson Institute, formerly President of the American Enterprise Institute. He is a graduate of Harvard (1968) and of the University of Chicago Law School (1973). He worked for Richard Nixon and Daniel P. Moynihan, taught at the Harvard Kennedy School (1977-81) and then returned to Washington to the Reagan Administration, after which he was elected President of AEI. He writes and lectures on law, economics, and regulatory issues.
