In this video on #TensorCalculus, I derive the transformation laws for the all-important #ChristoffelSymbols of the 1st and 2nd kind. The algebra involved can be rather tedious, but knowing these equations will be quite useful when it comes to developing the covariant derivative, which is what we'll be doing next!
