Paper Candles:
1. paper or cardstock (I used a file folder from Dollar Tree)
2. cupcake liners
3. decorative elements of your choice
4. twine if making wicks
paint used: "Ivory" chalk paint by Waverly, "Carrot" acrylic paint by Apple Barrel, "Pure Gold" by FolkArt, optional cinnamon
Silhouette Decor Piece:
1. chip board or cardboard
2. piece of wood for base
3. tumbling tower blocks for stabilizing
4. optional half pearls/beads
5. decorative elements of your choice
