I know I'm a little early with this but I'm going to be busy for the next couple of days so I got my act together today & finished this video & uploaded all the files & so yeah, here's my gift to you.
I just want to say a massive thank you to all of you because you mean the world to me. Your comments & your likes & just the fact that you watch my videos makes me feel very special. I never expected this hobby to become what it has & you've all been there for me at some point (whether you're new or old to my channel) to make this journey worth taking. You've watched me make my way through a couple of fandoms and character obsessions, from Loki & The Avengers to Bucky to Stiles to my most recent fall into the Star Wars fandom. ► COLOURINGS:
IMPORTANT: Please credit me (DreamingOfDestiny) if you use any of these colourings. I've worked pretty hard on them so your support would be appreciated.
The colourings will work in Vegas Pro 11 and up. If you want me to make a tutorial for any of the colourings just let me know & I'll do it. It might take a while though cause I'm busy at the moment.
No.1: Looks good on most fandoms, especially Teen Wolf. This is my favourites colouring at the moment & I've used it previously in these videos (Avengers & Teen Wolf):

No.2: Works best on orange/purple/red/yellow scenes. It looks goddamn awful on some other scenes though so you might have to be careful as to what footage you use. You can fiddle with it though to make it look better. I think it looks best on the Hobbit & the Star Wars prequels.
*Requires New Blue FX to use. Although you could probably just click that effect off. It doesn't look too bad without NBFX but idk... I'm not really that fond of it.

No.3: This is my go to colouring for multifandom videos. It's a very simple colouring so it looks good on nearly all scenes. You may want to adjust the brightness though depending on your footage or on how you like your colourings.

just something to distract myself.... im so sad about the loss of carrie fisher. i start crying whenever i think about her so ive been trying to keep myself occupied with other things. she was such an inspiration and will be terribly missed. i still cant believe it happened.... it was such terrible news to wake up to this morning... r.i.p carrie
sooo my hard drive died.... kind of... i think i might be able to save it but it currently doesnt work on my usual laptop so i dont have any of the footage i usually work with. thus, all of my current projects are gonna be put on hold until i can transfer stuff off of it....
until then ill probably just be editing with trailer clips or things from youtube. i might download the sw films though because thats easy enough done. well see....

So I havent had this much fun making a video in a very very long time. I dont care that its not very good (pls ignore the dodgy manips lmao) I really kind of like this :) Though I dont know what youtube did to it.. The colouring went really dark. Id say watch it in fullscreen if you feel like it. Oh & sorry for old/overused song. I do really love it tho & Ive been wanting to use it for ages.
Honestly this AU has been on my mind for aaaages & its killing me so I had to edit it.
Its an inquisitor!AU for my favourite character from Star Wars Rebels, Ezra Bridger. Since its an animated show, this is a fan cast. I used Ezra Miller though idk if hes the best Ezra I can get, he did have some good scenes for me to use tho.
This is set roughly ANH era, probably from a few years before to a few years after & Ezra is the same age as Luke & Leia. And for those who dont know, an inquisitor in the star wars verse is a force user trained in the dark side who hunts down and kills jedi. Fun stuff.
Theres not really a storyline to this, its more just ideas thrown together in an aesthetic-y/dark video. But here are some things to make a little bit of a story:
- Ezra fell into the hands of the inquisitors when a mission with the Ghost crew went wrong
- He tried to resist giving in to them but eventually he broke
- He was trained on Mustafar to become an inquisitor
- The inquisitors told him that the only way to truly master the dark side is to free yourself of attachments that may lead you back to the light; hence, Ezra was tasked with hunting down and killing Kanan, his master
- He did it, though all it served to do was fill him with overwhelming guilt and regret
- He tries not to think about it and instead devotes himself to his job as an inquisitor, though sometimes he finds it hard
- He has a couple of run ins with the skywalker twins
- Leia, who knew him as a rebel, is shocked by his betrayal but manages to keep herself collected and refuses to give him any rebel intel
- Ezra also has various interactions with the Emperor and Vader and at some point discovers the death star project
So basically, regret and darkness lmao.
If you havent watched Rebels, Id definitely recommend it. Im actually so addicted to it right now and honestly its the distraction Ive been needing since the main star wars fandom has left me feeling kinda down over the past month or so. I love Ezra so much and Im quietly hoping he ends up as an inquisitor (tho Ill probably cry if it happens lmao). He scaled my fave sw character list so quickly xD Hes right up there with Luke, if that says anything about how much I love him.
Anyway, its late and I should go to bed. Hopefully this video isnt too bad.
Okay but before I go, just gotta say that I made myself sad thinking about Ezra confronting Kanan with the intent to kill him. Especially sad if hes so conflicted.
