Hi friends! Today’s video includes a Christmas DIY, a Q&A, and baking cookies. I tried to answer plenty of questions since I have never done a Q&A before, but I’m sorry for any I didn’t get to! I hope you guys enjoy this video and have wonderful holiday if you celebrate!
Sugar Cookie Recipe
8 ounces butter melted
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Combine melted butter and sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extra and mix until combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix for 3 minutes.
Spoon mixture onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.
Balsamic Mushrooms and Onion Flatbread
Melt butter in a pan
Add diced onion and mushroom and cook down
Add tsp of balsamic vinegar and cook down
Put flatbread in the oven for a few minutes to slightly crisp
Add mushroom and onion mixture to flatbread
Add mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of feta cheese
Top with balsamic glaze
Cook until cheese is melted
