Prizes/Shipping: The prizes are being provided by manufacturers who wish to use this opportunity to say thanks and Merry Christmas to the TastyPC viewers. The majority of the prizes will be sent directly from the manufacturer and the competition is open
WORLDWIDE. TastyPC and the manufacturers cannot guarantee a delivery time as international shipping during December can be unpredictable, but you will be sent our contact details to use should you have any questions or issues. NOTE: Any customs charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Entering: The method of entering the Competitions will be explained in each video in the description. It will consist of YouTube comments and Facebook like/shares/comments with the focus on the YouTube method as much as possible.
Contact details: If you win a prize and wish to receive it, I will need to pass your Name, Address and Phone Number to the manufacturer. This is so they can send you the product and will not be used for any other purpose.
Picking the winner: Due to the importance of making sure every day a video is uploaded the videos are being filmed slightly in advance. Just before uploading each video TastyPC will count up the entrants and use a random number generator to pick the winner. An annotation/text will be added to the appropriate video with the winner's names.
Problems: in the unlikely event there is an issue with your prize TastyPC will attempt to assist in making sure you get it or a suitable replacement. However this competition is being run off the basis that the prize will be supplied to the winner by the manufacturer directly and unfortunately there are limitations to what TastyPC can do financially to assist if the manufacturer fails in their side of the agreement.
Banned users: If the winner is picked and a comments search reveals that the viewer has been rude/sexist/aggressive towards me then a different winner will be picked. I love constructive feedback and those who have sent constructive messages are of course still eligible to win.
