Should Christians celebrate Christmas if it’s not commanded in the Bible? Many argue that “if God wanted us to celebrate Jesus’ birth, He would’ve prescribed a holiday for it.” But this logic completely falls apart when you look at John 10:22, where Jesus Himself is present at the Feast of Dedication — Hanukkah — a holiday not commanded anywhere in Scripture.
Jesus didn’t condemn it.
He didn’t rebuke His disciples for attending it.
He actually participated in a man-made celebration that honored God.
So, does that mean Christians can celebrate Christmas with a clear conscience?
In this video, we walk through the biblical evidence — including the angels rejoicing, the host of heaven singing, the wise men bringing gifts — and why Jesus at Hanukkah completely dismantles the “Christmas is unbiblical” argument.
