I had the privilege of preaching to the Lima chapter of Christian Surfers tonight in Peru. This place truly is a surf city with some of the best and most consistent waves in the world. It was an honor to share a Surf story about how Jesus and Peter both walked on water and how we need to step out in faith and leave the boat behind. Keep your eyes on Jesus.

KUKUM
Born on a rain-soaked field in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Kukum is 1995-era Christafari, militant dancehall over deep roots, with the vocal debut of Ziza Forever Mohr and her father, Pastor Mark Mohr.
Onstage, Mark shouted Kukum! Kukum! into the mic and thousands roared it back. A melody was born, he hummed a bassline to his wife, told drummer Alex to lock a pulse, as the guitar built the riddim. Lyrics poured out faster than they could be written.
A chant about one field became a global anthem about following Gods heartbeat. Kukum is about keeping in step with the Spirit.
