Yesterday was our last ministry event in Lima, Peru 🇵🇪. It was booked last minute and it was a busking event in the middle of the city on the street. God was indeed praised and the Holy Spirit was magnified! 🕊️ We trusted God and this was a worship experience that truly blessed us. Thank you to everyone who made this happen. We love you Peru.

Out of all 1,189 chapters in the Bible, Psalm 40 is my life chapter. It tells my story—past, present, and future.
It opens with a testimony:
“I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire.”
For me, it wasn’t just mud; it was a cesspool. I was drowning in my own mess, up to my eyes. Yet God reached down and rescued me. He didn’t just pull me out—He cleaned me off, healed my heart, and set my feet on the Rock.
What is that Rock? It’s the unshakable confession that Jesus is Lord—like Peter’s declaration at Caesarea Philippi. It’s prayer, His Word, His church and the Great Commission. And on that Rock, He placed a new song in my mouth—not a cover tune, not a secular anthem, but an original hymn of praise to Him alone. He gave me a story for His glory and a melody to point others to the true Treasure: Christ and His Kingdom.
The goal of this song isn’t charts, awards, or applause. It’s transformation. Psalm 40 promises:
“Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in Him.”
That’s the heartbeat of New Song. The very next verse adds:
“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord; who does not look to the proud, nor turn aside to false gods.”
This chapter calls us to live unashamed and uncompromising—refusing to bow to idols or empty ideologies, putting Christ first in everything. That’s why the chorus declares:
“I will not be ashamed, neither be afraid.
I will not be quiet, no one can silence...
I will not be timid; no one can limit this love!”
The vast majority of this track is pure Scripture. But verses 9–10 especially grip me: in just two lines, David says five different ways he will proclaim and will not stay silent. That’s my mission too—to boldly share the Gospel, unashamed, so that others can experience the same rescue I have.
My prayer is that this “New Song” stirs your heart to trust Him and inspires you to sing your own testimony of His saving love.
