Chris O’Connor created the Deems device, the Divine Evolution Electromagnetic Micro Singularity Device, which was used in the secret space for reprogramming memories and as a way for the body to regenerate itself more quickly. Chris O’Connor served 60 years in the secret space program for the United Nations as an intergalactic liaison from 1970 to 2030 and returned to a two-year-old looking clone body. During his time on Saturn station, he was tasked as an intergalactic intuitive liaison to negotiate trade agreements between different ET races. Based on his off-world experiences, he was able to create his own medical healing technology which he calls the deems device.
