Coco Berthmann was born Sandra-Renata Ruff in picturesque Germany in 1994. Her upbringing was far from ideal and in her own words could only be described as horrific. For the first half of her life, Coco detailed familial abuse so graphic it can’t be detailed on YouTube.

She says she was trafficked, degraded and suffered emotional and physical pain at the hands of her family & others. She even described witnessing the murder of her sister as a young child, causing massive emotional and psychological damage to an already fragile mind.

Her story of escaping trafficking and overcoming adversity made her an International hero but today she is looking at felony charges in Utah after a February 2022 arrest. What went wrong and how did such an inspirational story turn so dark?
