The Percy Family found out there’s going to be a new neighbor next to their house. Once they left the house, they first met Alex Frey next door. Alex Frey has known some members of the family from when they went to Hampstead Hospital at ages six and seven, and he met Chris a year ago, also at Hampstead Hospital. But this is Julie and Jason’s first time meeting Alex Frey. There at Alex Frey’s new house, he showed the Percy Family his computers and game consoles. When Chris is told they don't have DVD's of his favorite preschool show, he throws a tantrum in front of Alex and the Percy family.
This video also features the debut of Luna, another one of Penelope's best friends from her childhood.
