Chopin's Nocturne 9-1 performed on Vienna Symphonic Library's (VSL) Bösendorfer 280VC, followed by the VSL Steinway D, and finally Pianoteq's C. Bechstein DG D 282. All plugins were played through Apple's GarageBand.
The selection of these instruments is entirely subjective and not intended to be an apples-to-apples comparison. Microphone adjustments for the VSL performances can be seen in the video. The Pianoteq presets were unchanged.
