Talking about a young patient I had (as an ICU-nurse) whom confided in me enough to tell me about her horrific life circumstances. Where luckily she appreciated and (at least seemed) to value the conversational time taken. Moral of the story being: "We can't control what happens around us, but we can control how we react to it." Don't remember who I'm quoting here, but I'm sure the information is ancient. Much strength to you team!
