Watch as I harvest my first Certified Organic Chocolate Sweet Bell Peppers! I planted my own seeds that I saved from last season's harvest and seed saving and grew these unique and rare delicious sweet peppers. They take 60-85 days to grow for harvests earlier than most other bell or sweet peppers. The thick flesh starts off green, then turns right to chocolate cola color and tastes really sweet. These large peppers tend to be disease resistant and tolerant of cooler climates.
Do chocolate sweet peppers taste like chocolate you ask? Sorry, no they don't. They DO taste darn sweet. If you like sweet peppers, you'll love growing and eating these unusual peppers!
