Here I show you a fruit that has the consistency of pudding. It's meat is a dark brown in color and it's mildly sweet and has a similar taste to chocolate. Though not exact.

It's the black sapote, one of many tropical fruit you can easily find all over the big island of Hawaii.

I also show you other fruit we have in the house including champedak, abiu, papaya, mangoes, persimmon, tiny bananas, lots of avocado varieties.

I also show you outside our front window and show you some of the coconut we can buy here. We got Malaysian and Samoan varieties from a farmer who's been on my email list for years.
