If you're not a fan of rum balls for Christmas, why not try these instead. The delicious flavour of chocolate and peppermint. Yum!

Ingredients:

1 x 200g packet of plain biscuits (I used milk arrowroot)
1 x 375g tin of condensed milk
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of coconut
10 chopped glace cherries
1/3 cup of melted chocolate
1/2 teaspoon of peppermint flavouring

To roll in:
3 candy canes
1/4 cup of coconut
