The Oregon Zoo’s oldest resident has celebrated her 57th birthday, with keepers calling the beloved chimpanzee “the queen”.
Chloe first arrived at the zoo in 1975 and had to be taught chimpanzee behaviour after previously spending most of her time around humans, later catching the attention of Jane Goodall during her visits to the zoo.
