I wrote this song after a long time of not writing anything and feeling like the best contribution I could make was to not take up too much space at a time when there is so much happening ALL THE TIME and the world seems to be fuelled by unjust and ignorant leaders. But being an artist means we make art no matter what the hell is going on lol, and after not feeling inspired to write for MONTHS I had something to say, and so, here is the first song and video off of a little ep I’m working on called “the quarantine sessions” produced and shot by me in my new home in Toronto… the lyrics are kind of mantras I’ve been telling myself to feel stronger & I hope that they can do the same for you… this first one is called “in the love”… con mucho amor please enjoy!
