Was craving a little spice today, busted out the Weber summit charcoal grill and tossed together a mesquite grilled Chicken Tinga burrito bowl, grilled up some chicken thighs, shredded them up and fired them into some kicking Tinga sauce to get all happy, I layered that chicken goodness over some cauliflower rice (it's a carbs thing) added spicy Chipotle black beans, fresh pico, my Amped up guacamole, some shredded pepper jack cheese, topped with a drizzle of homemade green sauce & crema, this bowl is hitting from the left and right! #chickentinga #burritobowl #grilledchicken #easyrecipes #behindthegaragebbq #tacotuesday
