Chip Conley is a hotelier and New York Times best-selling author working as a thought-leader to develop global ideas on the future of work and corporate culture. After receiving his MBA from Stanford University, Conley established ‘Joie de Vivre Hospitality’ leading him to be recognised as one of the creators of the boutique hotel movement. Beyond this, Conley worked closely on the development of Airbnb before establishing the Modern Elder Academy, the world’s first ‘Midlife Wisdom School’.
