The use of an alt does not increase the active xp/hr while throwing chins, assuming you don't make mistakes.

The use of an alt does increase AFKness of chinning, and long term xp/hr by changing the limiting factor from prayer pots to ranging pots, and the number of chins you are willing to risk dying with.

Running over the monkeys with an alt collapses the monkeys into a stack much faster than the running every chin throw, this allows you to collapse all the monkeys and then afk for a bit until the stack of monkeys is depleted some.

The use of an alt also improves the long term consistency of rates, since the alt running over the monkeys is much less timing sensitive than running between chin throws as in bront's guide.

In the video I am using black chins, which kill the monkey very quickly, leading to the method being not as afk. How ever with grey and red chins it is more afk, but less xp/hr.

Expected xp rates, assuming 99 range, hawk eye and void. (prayer book/skillcape vs ava's/odium/twisted buckler is negligable)

Black chins: 920-930k/hr
Red chins: 730-740k/hr
Grey chins: 660-670k/hr
