I’m back at the Shanghai Bike Show for 2026, and once again it’s basically heaven for someone like me who spends far too much time browsing for cheap bike parts on AliEpress!
This is day one of one of the biggest bike trade shows in the world, and as always there is an absolutely absurd amount of stuff to see. From a seriously lightweight gravel bike from Evolve, to FarSports showing off carbon thru axles with a very unusual thread attachment system, to one of the strangest bikes I’ve ever seen that literally has no bottom bracket....
There was also a brand new electronic groupset on display for less than $300 that could shake things up a bit, alongside some crazy looking new bikes, wild paint jobs, and bizarre tech experiments that make this show SO much fun to walk around.
I tried my best to cover as many interesting booths and products as possible, but honestly you could spend days in here and still miss so much stuff, it's honestly HUGE.
I’m once again being hosted by the legendary Joe from China Cycling and the Panda Podium team, and Shane Miller is also roaming around causing trouble, along with Jesse and Chris from the Nero show!
