Scientists have gained approval for Satri-cel, the first CAR-T therapy targeting solid gastric tumors, overcoming the traditional barriers posed by the tumor's microenvironment. This therapy uses a novel preconditioning regimen to enhance immune cell infiltration and specifically targets the Claudin18.2 protein in advanced gastric cancers.
