Chimichurri Steak Bites, Simple Chimichurri Recipe, Done on the El Charro Rotisserie
I'll show you how to make a Rocking Chimichurri Sauce that we're gonna marinade some Sirloin Tips in for a few hours, then skewer them up and fire them on the El Charro Rotisserie for a spin over some oak lump charcoal. We ain't done yet! how about some Smoky Tomato Pepper salsa to dip our Chimichurri steak bites in..I got ya covered!!
