Slow Cooker Cracker Barrel Fried Apples:
3-4 apples, peeled and sliced
2 T cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Add apples and cornstarch to crock pot
Stir to coat apples
Stir in brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon
Add lemon juice, vanilla, and butter
Mix well
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
