It was a chilly day today, but I fancied a little ride so went out to ride a byway section that had recently been re surfaced, from slippery clay to type 1. Most of the work I was expecting to see hasn't lasted for more than a few months, and the muddiest sections were the same as they've always been at this time of year. I still had a nice ride, and the longest off road I've done since the rebore.
