chilled ground in path of exile 2 0.3 patch is really frustrating if you don't have a build that bypasses slowing potency and it is EVERYWHERE in the end game. it's kind of insane. i noticed that something similar in the campaign doesn't bother me at all though and thought of a suggestion for GGG
